THE BRIEF /
We were commissioned by a UK-based property developer to create a complete brand identity and marketing suite for Wellington Rise—a proposed commercial investment opportunity in central Glasgow.
With planning research and site analysis already in place, our role was to develop a name, identity, brochure and digital presence that would lend the scheme instant credibility. Alongside the creative output, we delivered detailed supporting content—narrative around location, transport connectivity, market positioning and competing schemes—designed to strengthen the opportunity’s appeal and investment case.
The brand needed to feel commercially confident yet creatively distinctive—design-led, investor-ready, and flexible enough to support multiple exit strategies including sale, lease, or repositioning.
THE SOLUTION /
We created a location-led identity around the name Wellington Rise, anchored by a bold serif “34” that brings presence and weight to the scheme. The surrounding typography is deliberately clean and contemporary, allowing the central mark to lead. A distinctive herringbone backdrop adds visual texture—more expressive than corporate, more architectural than decorative—hinting at interior finishes and façade treatments without being literal.
The colour palette leans into tonal blues, offering a sense of stability and long-term value, while steering clear of the sterile aesthetic typical of commercial property marketing. The tone is both strategic and design-aware—built to engage investors, developers and occupiers alike.
From branding and brochure to data room and web design, the full suite works as a cohesive investor toolkit—positioning Wellington Rise as a thoughtful, well-articulated commercial opportunity in one of Scotland’s most competitive office markets.
