From investor advisory and sales representation to marketing, design and communications, every part of the business is grounded in first-hand property sector experience.
Founder & Managing Director
David McCooke brings more than 15 years of senior residential property experience across investment, development, sales and marketing. Having held Director-level roles in Residential Development & Investment and Marketing for prominent new homes organisations, as well as founding and running his own estate agency, David understands the market from both the investor and developer perspective.
He founded McCooke Group to combine that experience with a more focused approach to property investment, sales representation and specialist property marketing, helping investors make better-informed property decisions and developers bring opportunities to market effectively.
Operations Director
Laura McCooke brings a strong background in education, property administration and business operations to her role at McCooke Group. As Operations Director, she oversees client relationships, transaction support and day-to-day delivery across the business, ensuring investors, developers and partners receive a responsive and consistently high standard of service.
Her organised, practical approach plays a key role in keeping projects and property transactions moving efficiently from initial enquiry through to completion.
