David McCooke brings 15 years of senior property industry experience to every client brief he leads. Having operated as Director of Residential Development & Investment and Director of Marketing for prominent new homes organisations — and having founded and run his own estate agency — David understands the property sector from every angle. He built McCooke Group to give property businesses access to the kind of communications counsel that only comes from someone who has truly worked within the industry at the highest level.
Operations Director
Laura McCooke brings a strong background in both education and property sector administration to her role at McCooke Group. Having worked across teaching and business operations, she combines exceptional organisation with clear, confident communication. As Operations Director, Laura leads client relationships and oversees project delivery, ensuring every campaign runs efficiently and to a consistently high standard.
