Launching the Floatation & Wellness Hub

THE BRIEF /

Floatation & Wellness Hub engaged us to create a full brand identity and launch strategy for their new wellness space in Bishops Stortford. The goal was to establish a strong, place-led brand presence from day onecombining clear positioning, seamless digital experience, and operational readiness. In addition to visual identity, the project required rollout across web, social, CRM, client documentation, signage, and local community engagement to ensure a confident market entry.

THE SOLUTION /

We delivered a complete end-to-end launch packagebuilding a distinctive brand, responsive website, and integrated CRM and booking system. The centres story and visual presence were brought to life through curated photography, content marketing, and social media. Supporting assets included branded documentation, client-facing literature, and launch materials that balanced calm design with operational precision. The project culminated in a community-facing opening event, attended by the Mayor of Bishops Stortford, securing visibility and credibility for the brand in its first days.
